Does the flywheel seal or tranny inputshaft seal leak?

Body seal around the engine compartment?

Clutch, pressure plate or throwout bearing?

Clean and paint the engine compartment?

Remove the fan shroud and check for obstructions, especially if it had been sitting. Also take the opportunity to remove all the tins and clean up the cylinder and heads cooling fins!

I found a nest in mine and the cylinder rains were cracked with crap. These cars are air cooled so you want air to be able circulate freely around and through all fins!
