Fell this evening on my driveway due to freezing rain. I landed on my right side and smacked my head hard enough for my glasses to fly off. After the initial shock and unable to catch my breath, I was able to get up and get back into the house. Luckily my body is unhurt, but I have a mild headache, so i must of got my bell run.
This is worse than when i crashed my MTB at 16mph last November. But then I was wearing a helmet.

Glad you're ok. Slip and falls are dangerous, if that headache persists make sure you see your dr.

Yup that black icy is bad.
Ditto what Mike said, head smacks like that are not something to ignore. Hope you feel better.

I'm OK... surprised that my body is not sore. Headache gone and gonna take it easy for a few days then back to the gym.

Just because the headache is gone, don't assume you're all better. Don't push it for a few days and if you get dizzy at all, go to the dr. Concussions are a bitch

Confused, or dizzy might be more of a cause for worry.
Knowing Glenn, getting distributors is par for the course!
