Good luck to him. 11 years... fat chance. Then again, every lottery jackpot eventually gets a winner. I wouldn't hold my breath though.

Who waits 11 years to collect a purchase?
Frankly, if he were to take the guy to court, I don't even think he would be entitled to his money back; even if the seller did say "come whenever you can."
There is a certain degree of responsibility on the purchaser's part to actually TRY to pick up or arrange for the pick up.

I'm sure after 11 year the vehicles are considered abandoned and could be disposed of by the property owner or municipality.

I'd start my search at the local 7-11. Think about it you'll figure it out. :o
