Does he balance the mower blades too and check for bending? What's the going rate?

its been years since Ive seen him... he used to roll past my mom's house in Bethpage all the time as I was growing up.

Yes.. he static balances them.

I paid $26 for 2 mower blades and a pocket knife.

We use to have a VA truck that would come by our neighborhood and do the same thing.

Overhead is minimal since that truck was paid off 40 years ago.

Yeah, maintenance is cheap on a 40 year old vehicle.

The face that he still comes to you is worthwhile though.
